Include the page address, the company or portfolio involved, what you expected, and what actually happened. If you send a screenshot, remove account numbers and other private information first. Never send passwords or brokerage login details.
Question a source or calculation
Identify the company, reporting period, metric and source that you are asking about. If you find a mismatch, include the value shown and the original source so it can be checked.
How contact works
Email opens your own mail application. A message is sent only when you send it there. This is not a staffed live chat, and no instant response time is promised.
What this website provides
Wolford Research is Jacob Wolford’s independent research project. Wolford OS is its workspace for financial analysis and research portfolios. It does not accept trading deposits, hold investment accounts or execute brokerage orders. Optional support payments are separate from investment money and are handled on the linked provider pages.
